Eligible after 6 months of service

Employer Match: 100% of applicable contributions up to 3%, plus 50% of applicable contributions up to the next 2%

Vesting: Contributions and earnings are always 100% vested (including rollovers)

Short Term Disability 

•Starts after 7 days of disability

• 12 week duration maximum

• Covers maternity, accident or illness resulting in loss of work time

Long Term Disability
